Companion tools for the MSAA Parscale replication study: PACER input generation and the Beta Method anchor-drift check. The study root should contain Pacer\ and mirt\ folders holding each test's {test}Matrix.txt, {test}ItemList.txt and {test}_2.ifile (created by the desktop app's "Create Folders and Copy Files" step).
